This poor man is in dire need of help, before he gets himself hurt, or worse. The poor fool is still convinced that he is not just a supervillain, but the greatest supervillain that makes even Falcone himself terrified. Crude, but I suppose it knocked some sense into Abner, for a time. Amazingly, it was not the bat who brought him into Arkham, but Detective Harvey Bullock after he had taken the bat and beat Abner with it. He is even known to use a baseball bat in his crimes, I suppose to make people see spots or something of that nature. However in reality, it is just a normal leotard with painted or stitched on dots and the dots he has are just paper spheres he made himself. Technology which you are able to take the dots off the suit and it would transform into many different round shaped items like bubbles, buzz saws, or even fists. He had fashioned a leotard which in his mind was an advanced piece of alien technology. Abner once a delivery man whom seemed to suffer from delusions, hallucinations, and Antisocial personality disorder. Abner Krill or rather the Polka-dot Man is one of those patients. But then we have also received patients whom are underwhelming to out it mildly. The Joker, Riddler, Doctor Death, Poison Ivy, and many more. Over the years, I have dealt with many mad minds within my asylum. Truly it does, this poor man's love for pennies was in the end his downfall, only not in the way we had thought. We rushed him to Gotham General for an emergency procedure, but by the time they were only a quarter into the operation it was too late, and Joseph was lost. Since they were metal, they could not be digested and such were adding a severe weight and pain to Joseph. This poor man needed help, but unfortunately we could not give it to him for long, for he had died from the pennies he had consumed. The Bat had brought Coyne to us with both confusion and pity, and I hate to admit it, there in that moment was one instance where we saw eye to eye. Absolutely disgusting, not to mention highly dangerous. I recall from police files saying he broke a man's arm for a penny, and he was also known for eating them due to a severe case of Pica.

He kept going on and on about his love for pennies and how he tried to steal roles of them from convenient stores, or would mug citizens for them. Scabs were all across his body, he was filthy from head to toe, and his teeth were missing or split as they had rotted or were still rotting.
